The TREZO 160 series machines are mainly applied to cut all types of sheets, eg. tea, tobacco, herbs, paper sheets - documents, etc.
The machine presented here is the basic model of the TREZO 160 series. This inexpensive equipment is characterized by a light structure and at the same time solid, inside which have been mounted two cutting rollers of length 160mm with adjustable combs. The manual cutting rollers - are handled with crank. All quick wear parts can be replaced with new ones available in our offer. Replacement of the operating elements is not complicated, but something more demanding than the cheaper model in the same series. In the equipment can be used both the elements with the distance of 0.8mm and those of 1.1mm. The lubrication is not necessary due to the fixing of the rollers in the sleeves. The TREZO 160 1.1 manual machine is equipped in the factory with rollers and combs for cutting the material, eg. sheets in strips of 1.1mm.
